The Summer Conference hopes to provide financial assistance to interested individuals and families who would otherwise be unable to attend. Decisions to provide financial assistance are based on need and availability of funds and assistance will be given for up to half of total fees due. Review of application is done via a blinded confidential process by 3 designated steering committee members.
The application process includes the following steps:
1. Download the PDF form to the right. 2. Fill out the form and email it back to the registrars as soon as possible. 4. Upon receipt of the application, the registrar will send information to a Financial Assistance Committee for review without disclosing the applicant(s) identity. 5.The committee reviews the application using the following standards: a. To meet all requests within the limits of available funds. b. Up to half of total costs due will be awarded for assistance. c. Priority will be given to applicants with greater need. 6. The registrar will then notify the applicants of the decision.
